Where the facility has positive patients and staff: 1. Due to the nature of the work, employees are unable to maintain 'distance' and may need to contact patients or their belongings. Direct care workers, MHAs and custodial staff are not provided face masks. The CDC recommends face masks. 2. Employer provides masks only to staff on affected units. Due to the fluid nature of the hospital, staff on other units may be exposed to COVID through their co-workers coming from the COVID unit. The CDC recommends face masks; 3. Employer has not provided information to employees regarding alternative methods to reduce risk of COVID such as engineering controls like a negative pressure room, or increased fresh air in HVAC system, administrative controls or alternatives to PPE.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 100
