1. The employer is not regularly sanitizing patient rooms, frequently touched surfaces, and break areas that have the potential of exposing employees to the COVID virus. The employer is not following the CDC guidelines and this exposes employees to the COVID-19 virus. 2. The employer is not providing the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to properly clean the patient rooms, frequently touched surfaces, and break areas. Housekeeping employees are only provided one cloth with a mop bucket of water to clean all surfaces. 3. The employer does not provide adequate training to employees performing housekeeping duties such as, but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing, to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
