Regulatory Report
522 South Maple Road, Ann Arbor, 48103 Michigan, United States
An employee tested positive for COVID-19 and none of the employees were informed that someone in the office had tested positive. The employee in question was in the office on December 21, 2020. On Monday, 12/28/2020, an employee reported to work not knowing someone had tested positive for COVID-19. That same day the employee went to get tested and ended up testing positive. Again management did not report to staff or clients that someone else had tested positive for COVID-19. Now a third employee has tested positive, and employees still have not been informed, nor has anyone come in to sanitize or deep clean. The positive results could also have been prevented if the Company allowed counselors to work from home using work computers. The counselors go into the office Monday through Friday and call clients on the phone. For those clients that don't have a phone, the Counselors have to see their clients face to face. The Company is also allowing the agency to take intake clients in the building without being tested for COVID-19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-07
