1. The employer has installed inferior or no Plexiglas barriers at all at the registers to protect the workers. 2. Not enforcing social distancing of customer standing in line even with the proper floor markings in place. 3. Not given adequate time to clean "our counter space" between customers in line". 4. The employer does not enforce the wearing or the proper way of wearing a mask by customers when in the store. 5. No signs in the store informing customers and employees about wearing a mask. 6. The break room has 8 tables, with 2 chairs per table (approximately 3 X 3 table), with a small Plexiglas partition in between which is not adequate to protect workers and not staggering the lunch breaks.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-28
