1. No social distancing for employees or patrons enforced. 2. No enforcement for masks to be worn for employees or patrons. 3. Employees not wearing gloves when preparing food. 4. The pub is operating at 100% capacity. 5. Several reusable items are still on the tables, i.e., salt/pepper, pencils, food advertisements". Etc. 6. Sanitizing/disinfection is not performed on a regular basis with respect to Covid-19. 7. Cooler is full of black mold. 8. Water leak in the basement has a lot of water on the floor. 9.
