1. Plant 1 has never been properly sanitized. 2. There are only three doors to enter and three different doors to exit. 3. There are lack of partitions and hand sanitizer at each workstation. 4. The fans were removed but the exhaust system doesn't expel to the outside; it is blown directly back into the plant. Each department has one exhaust or shared and up to 3 departments are sharing one which has the ability to infect/spread covid-19 throughout the plant. The filter media is not HEPA, but porous material and foam, rarely replaced; it is just blown out with air and then replaced. By removing the fans but allowing the ventilation system to expel directly back in the plant doesn't comply with CDC guidelines. 5. MIOSHA conducted an inspection before but never entered a complete weld booth; weld stations were only welding 1/4" or 3/8" inch weld and it was determined the hexavalent chromium was within range. This was done at a time when c87c wasn't operating because it was only in production on 2nd shift. The testing was flawed at best.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
