Regulatory Report
2117 25th Street, Columbus, 47201 Indiana, United States
COVID-19 Protocols were not followed The branch kept its lobby open after an employee disclosed they were positive. During the entire epidemic the company has failed to follow social distancing protocols, or cleaning regimes. The company has also ignored local market trends to protect its employees; while other local banks have closed lobbies in an effort to maximize social distancing efforts, 5/3 has remained open. As mentioned above, this has not only exposed the employees (and led to multiple infections), but also spread Covid amongst its customer base. A key point, is that the large majority of 'inlobby' banking today is done by elderly individuals, who are most at risk during this epidemic.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-21
