1. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because some employees who have been exposed to employees who are positive for COVID-19 are required to keep working. Exposed or ill employees also keep working because the employer does not pay anyone who is out sick for any reason. 2. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because the employer does not enforce the wearing of masks. Prior to 1/18/21, the wearing of masks had not been implemented. Now, they are "recommended." 3. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because the employer does not enforce physical distancing. 4.
