The following COVID-19 guidelines are not being followed: 1. Employees requesting a copy of the COVID-19 Preparedness plan are not being provided with a copy of the program. 2. Employees have not been trained in the COVID-19 Preparedness Plan. 3. Employees coming from the office areas into the rock climbing gym are not wearing face mask, not maintaining 6' social distancing, and not checking into the tracing system. 4.
