Hundreds of Federal Employees, Contractors and members of the Armed Forces exposed to high rates of COVID-19 transmission in confined, secure spaces which lack ventilation as a principle of design. Lack of social distancing, mask wearing, cleaning, and clean air. High rates of transmission. No contact tracing attempts. Civilian employees are not notified of potential exposure events. Infections occur, reflecting the high level of community transmission. Information is withheld. Too many personnel in small spaces. Civilian federal employees and contractors of private industry exposed to hazard conditions that only members of the military are suited for. Hazard Location: Facilities on Fort Gordon include "MANNEX" and "GANNEX" as well as Back Hall. Specific focus is on locations deemed "SCIFs". Spaces run by ARCYBER, INSCOM, CYBER PROTECTION BRIGADE, 513th MILITARY INTELLIGENCE BRIGADE, 297th MILITARY INTELLIGENCE BATTALION as well as the NSA.
