Patients and family members approach the desks and pull down their face masks. Some patients that have been positive for COVID-19 have come to the desks without employees knowning that they are positive until told afterwards. The individuals are within inches of the employees. Ropes have been installed in front of some of the desks, but the individuals go under the ropes and still approach the employees within inches.
