Employer has not developed an effective plan to address the specific exposure risks, sources of exposure, routes of transmission COVID-19. 1. Employer is allowing employees that have tested positive for COVID-19 to return to work without completing the quarantine period and providing additional precautions to protect all employees. There are about 20 employees that tested positive to COVID-19 at the office. There is previous similar COVID-19 related complaint. Refer UPA 1709301.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 20
