COVID-19 There has been an increase over the last 2 weeks of positive covid-19 cases in the facility. The employer has not adequately addressed the safety of the employees required to remain working in the building. The employer is requiring some employees to continue to work in the building while other employees are allowed to work remotely. The employer has not developed an effective plan to address the specific exposure risks, sources of exposure, routes of transmission and other unique characteristics of SARS-CoV-2. The plan should focus on engineering controls, administrative controls, work practice controls and personal protective equipment. Such as but not limited to: a. The employer is not following the CDC recommendations to protect employees. b. The employer is not following State, and local safety requirements to protect employees. c. The employer is not providing sanitary/good housekeeping processes, social distancing processes, or PPE as necessary for employee safety and to reduce exposure. d. The employer is not communicating adequate information to ensure employees understand and adhere to safe work practices. e. The employer is requiring employees that are ill with symptoms, such as but not limited to fever to continue working.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 60
