1. Business is failing to comply with the MIOSHA Health order for wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and sanitization protocols. 2. Business has not implemented Covid protocol procedures for when employees get sick. Most of the employees have already contracted Covid and were told that they must continue to show up for work or will have their pay docked for each day that they miss being out with Covid. 3. Business has not instructed employees about hand washing and has no hand sanitizer on premise for use by the employees and customers. 4. Business does not have sneeze shields protecting both the employee and customer from possible exposure on the sales desks.
