1. Employees in the facility are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that employees are provided adequate and sufficient Person Protective equipment (PPE) in the form of face masks and gloves. Employees are required to re-use worn / unsanitary face masks and replacement masks and gloves are not readily available. The employer does not ensure all employees including managers wear a face mask continuously throughout their entire work shift. The employer does not ensure that employees practice social distancing in the Kitchen area as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The employer does not ensure that employees required to handle cash and operate the cash registers are provided hand sanitizer as needed on a daily basis.
