1. The employer is not providing appropriate level of protective equipment such as, but not limited to medical face-masks, faces shields, and gowns in a sanitary and reliable condition at the LC and LA units at FCI 2. There is no appropriate PPE on the units and the only PPE received from the Lt's office is a N95 mask. No face shield, no goggles, no gowns just an N95 mask. 2. The employer is not providing training to each employee who is required to use PPE at the LC and LA units at FCI 2. 3. The employer is not protecting employees from exposure to COVID-19 hazards at the workplace by installing plastic barriers or ensuring social distancing at the LC and LA units at the FCI 2. There has been over 200 confirm positive cases and 7 confirmed staff COVID19 infections in these units. 4. Employees are being potential exposed to COVID19 from the handling of soiled laundry from the quarantined units that are not put into water soluble bags as required, but plastic and regular netted laundry bags. 5. Management is not ensuring Virex spray bottles are located in all bathrooms and that all bins are sprayed down after every use in accordance with the FCC BUTNER COVID-19 virus prevention measures and sanitation policy, especially when staff are reporting in to work.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 60
