1. Employees are coming into work exhibiting COViD-19 symptoms while working adjacent to other workers without either 6 foot separation or use of physical barriers . 2. When an employees has received a positive COVID-19 test result and had work that day or the day before management is not notifying their employees that they had potential exposure to COVID-19 so that they can consult with their medical provider and/or the health department and quarantine if needed. 3. Employees working adjacent to each other are not wearing their face coverings over their noses potentially exposing their co-workers to COVID-19. 4. The employers policy is to check employees tempetures and to ask employees the CDC questions for health and potential exposure and to send home employees exhibiting COViD-19 symptoms; however at this time these policies are not being implemented nor enforced. Employees showing signs and symptoms are being allowed to remain working.
