1) Employer is providing KN95 filtering face pieces to be worn during dental procedures to help prevent employee exposure to COVID 19 . A written respirator program has not been developed and implemented to include medical evaluations, fit testing and training. 2) Only one KN95 filtering face piece is provided for an entire day and when they become soiled replacements are not provided. 3) Face shields are in limited supply and not readily available to workers 4) Disposable gowns are not available to be worn to help prevent employee exposure to COVID19 5) Employees in not procedures rooms are not always wearing face coverings to help miminize spread of COVID19.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 5
