1. Not informing anyone that employees in the building, not road staff, had tested positive for COVID. 2. There is no communication regarding the virus to the employees. 3. The building is not being properly cleaned or sanitized; the bathrooms are filthy, log shows when areas are supposed to be cleaned/sanitized, but it is not being done.
