Employees testing positive for the COVID-19 virus are being allowed/asked to return by supervisors before their self quarantine time frame is finished as suggested by the Indiana Department of Health and CDC-in some instances even after submitting a second positive test. Employees are reporting to work with symptoms characteristic of the virus, including fever, and patients with symptoms are being allowed in the building with well patients. Additionally, capacity limits are not being maintained, mask advisements, and social distancing guidelines are not being followed.
