Administration is not quarantining exposed providers unless they are symptomatic despite most transmission being done prior to symptom onset. They used to quarantine nurses with family members that tested positive for Covid now they have decided that nurses with family members that are positive must come to work and expose the rest of us. The break rooms are constantly full with maskless employees that are eating around each other not socially distanced. They recently had a cake for a retiring nurse with no distancing or protections. People are often wearing their masks under their noses, rarely wearing eye protection, and not staying distant from each other. They are not providing fit testing for providers anymore and havent for months. They are doing elective surgery cases that require icu admission despite often being full. Workers are not made to wear goggles, but only eye protection that doesn't seal around the eyes.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-23
