I was notified that I was in close contact with a COVID positive individual and notified my direct supervisor immediately. After this, I had to remain in my classroom in contact with multiple students and staff members for several hours afterwards. I was pressured to remain in my classroom until I received official notice from the state health department despite having confirmation that I was a close contact. I refused to stay at school knowing that I was potentially exposing students and staff members to COVID, so I left school and began isolating.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-19
