1. Employees are only using Windex to clean rooms. Had cases with COVID infected guests in rooms. 2. Employee(s) experiencing strong COVID symptoms were not sent to get tested for COVID. Employee(s) had to go on their time off. 3. Employee(s) were required to return to work before quarantine was over while still sick. Return on 7th-8th day. 4. Management threatened employee(s) of losing their jobs if they contracted COVID. 5. Employee(s) previously infected with COVID were not required to wear face masks. 6. Management does not wear mask when at work. 7. Employees are not allowed to use stored chemicals for cleaning purposes. 8. Employees have not been informed if they have been exposed to COVID infected personnel. 9. Employees are having to misinform clientele by notifying them that rooms are disinfected with Lysol and Chlorinated chemicals. 10. Previously COVID infected employee(s) are not being tested prior to returning to work. Management would reprimand and/or threatened of losing their jobs if concerns were brought in safety meetings. People are now afraid to speak up.
