1. Employer is in violation of the MDHHS work from home order. Having worked remotely from 3/16/2020 to 6/26/2020, it is evident that my role doesn't require my physical presence inside the long term care building. I communicate remotely via phone, fax, and email to facilitate interdisciplinary plans. I've been instructed to continue working unnecessarily inside the long term care facility.
