The medical assistant area is over crowded. 5 people sit in the area less than 6 ft away from each other. There is no shields in between the medical assistant areas. We are provided with level 2 mask and no face shields. There are no windows or ventilation. No set protocol for COVID-19 procedure for symptomatic staff.
