1. Supervisors are not enforcing mask usage for employees who don't wear masks while working within six feet of each other throughout the facility, especially in the sort area (APPS), on the dock, and in the air mail room. 2. Employees are exposed to aerosolized isopropyl alcohol when maintenance personnel spray the air during the SARS-CoV-2 decontamination process in areas where positive COVID-19 cases have been identified. 3. Emergency egress routes are blocked due to the placement of gaylords in the aisles throughout the facility, especially in the aisle by Bay 17 in 010, on the dock, and in the vicinity of Bays 34, 40, and 47. Also, a door in the back of FSS is chained shut.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 300
