1. Loading ramp in truck delivery dock does not conform to different size trucks, there is a 5 to 6 foot gap between the floor of dock and floor of truck creating a situation where employees are jumping down into truck to load/unload products exposing them to sprains/strains. 2. Employees are not using PPE as to loading of vehicles with 55 Gallons of various substances. 3. In BLDG 17, electricians were working in wet environment with no real protection. 4. Covid MASK Face shield is not accessible and employees must bring there own in, employer do not clean up behind shift changes. 5. A cylinder of AHCL was released into atmosphere and an employee became ill. Cylinders are disposed behind the buildings.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 87
