'- Multiple Nurses and ancillary staff were exposed to COVID -19 on 9/15/2020. - No definitive pandemic policy enforced. - One of the nurses exposed stated she was contacted and told she had to get tested; however, she was told she had to remain at work (works on a Maternity Unit) - not allowed to quarantine, this has occurred multiple times. - Nurses were not notified immediately of the exposure in fact were never called. However due to having positive symptoms went on their own to get tested on 9/26 and notified management on 9/27. These nurses work in the PACU and are part of the more than 11 nurses and staff exposed with more than 6 positive. - When entering the facility, often no staff/ management present to screen upon entering. - At entrance to facility, if someone is present, no process in place to track names and information. - On 9/30/20 The Nathan Littauer Operating Room was closed, it is to only be opened for emergent cases. - Also Nurses are required to use the same surgical masks for an entire 8-12 hour shift. - Nathan Littauer Hospital continues to re-purpose masks, this practice does not ensure adequate PPE for the nurses.Alleged Hazards: 9, Employees Exposed: 1
