1.An Employee was forced to stay on shift while displaying COVID symptoms. situation was communicated to a head quarters staff. For 2 hours sick employee was working closely with other baristas (up to 4) and several customers. 2.The coffee shop is always full of bees and flies,a barista with a severe bee allergy was stung while at work. bugs have been found our ingredients and customer drinks. 3.During the month of September when air quality in western WA was between 160-200 throughout the day, barista were expected to serve customers outdoors. and keep our large stand doors open. 4. There are no emergency plans (in case of natural disasters) made for any of the stores in this company. The owner has acknowledged this and not moved forward with an implementation plan. 5. The WA state mask mandate is not only not enforced, but the owner has instructed staff to allow mask-less customers to stay indoors, and he has stayed indoors without a mask according to a roastery staff members at the Bellevue Roastery location,Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-29
