1. The hospital does not make sure that housekeeping properly sanitizes the unit bathrooms, and especially the mattress after patient's are discharged. 2. The bathrooms are never cleaned properly when they are cleaned once a day. 3. There were two patients on the adolescent unit who were suspected of having COVID-19 and the rooms were never cleaned properly after those patients were discharged. 4.
