'- Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, ICU management keeps all N-95 masks locked in their office which employees have to request to go in to get. At night time, when nursing management is not here, the office doors are locked and are inaccessible to staff who need them for their safety while caring for Coronavirus patients. In order to get a mask, one must travel to another wing of the hospital to get it which delays care and is unacceptable as they need to be available to quickly attain in emergency circumstances. The hospital should not be able to keep PPE locked up with staff unable to have access to it. Employers and management have been made aware of the difficulty this creates and the PPE continues to be in their offices, which is locked during off shift hours.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
