Employees in this establishment were not wearing cloth face coverings and were not following social distancing guidelines. An employee became very aggressive when asked to put on a face mask. Employee said "I'm wearing it!" but it was around employee's neck. The manager was witness to this but did nothing.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 2
