4 years ago business

Regulatory Report

18800 Ventura Boulevard, Los Angeles, 91356 California, United States

The Manager made the EEs masks by cutting up t-shirts and cutting 2 holes in the t-shirts for the ears. No first aid equipment, no back braces for lifting heavy objects are available. On 4/16/20, the fryer spilled 350 degrees oil onto an employee's foot. Instead of taking employee to the doctor, the Kitchen Manager put employee's foot into a vat of tomato paste.
