The Ultrasonographers have a work area about 9'x9¿. There are 3 desks with monitors. There are 3-5 people in the work area. We are working shoulder to shoulder or at the most 1 foot apart. There has been no attempt by Management to meet WA state and CDC guidelines for social distancing. The Sonographers have asked for intervention. About 2 months ago Union 555 got involved. We were told we were a high priority. Yet, nothing has been done. We have voiced our concern to Management since the beginning of Covid restrictions starting March 2020. The bathrooms have signage that says ¿these restrooms are regularly cleaned.¿ They are cleaned once a day. In the evening by the Cleaning staff. We have full schedules. The nature of our work requires that we are physically sitting right next to Members for their ultrasound. So, we have no social distancing all day.
