1. A memo posted by the time clock says 'All associates MUST see a member of management for a temperature check immediately following your punching in for your shift! It is mandated by the State of Michigan and is now part of Kroger policy' Employees are not enforced to go through this screening process and the infrared thermometer is not working. 2. Despite a notice from MIOSHA, only one-third of employees are working with masks only covering mouth and not nose. Some employees remove mask while using the phone in the presence of other workers in tight workspace areas. Other employees remove masks while punched in and not on break and not eating in common work areas. 3. When customers come in the store without a mask, no store employees prevent them from entering the store. Masks are not offered to customers without masks.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-03
