Employer is not following covid-19 guidelines. - The firm is not following the guidelines for maintaining social distancing. They have groups larger than 25; they do not wear masks; there are 95 people in one department and they stand 4" apart with no masks and no barriers. - Employees are sent for COVID testing. They return to work in 3 days so as not to lose their pay. This is 11 days earlier than the mandated 14 day quarantine. - Employees on the production floor are not wearing masks. - Everyone is supposed to do a self-exam prior to entry of the building. The list of 15 items is posted on the front door and includes a temperature scan. - Supposedly there were three employees with a fever of 103F who vomited on the production floor. The supervisor asked them if it was COVID-related and they replied that it was not. He instructed them to go back to work. Three hours later they were checked for COVID and were found to be positive. They have since been quarantined at home. - The firm is violating its own policies that indicate that employees with a fever of 99.5F are supposed to go home. - Some of the employees are wearing masks that are crocheted.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-09
