There is a Covid-19 outbreak among the Assembly Side Department. Concerns raised during recent Assembly Side staff meetings and concerns expressed to the HR Department have gone unaddressed. The specific hazards are as follows: 1. Due to a convoluted process, employees work on the line for 15 - 20 minutes before any screenings take place. 2. Up until Friday, October 16, if an employee indicated or illustrated evidence of having any symptoms through the screening process, they were required to stay on their shift and work regardless - unless if only running a temperature. This occurred on several occasions and some of the employees ultimately tested positive for Covid-19, thus resulting in the current outbreak. 3. There is no routine cleaning and sanitizing of the production lines. This has only occurred twice since the pandemic began.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-20
