The employer has not addressed the issue of COVID-19 adequately in that: 1. There have been at least 10 cases of COVID-19 in the facility. The company has not performed any type of deep cleaning following any of the incidents. 2. The company does not conduct contact tracing to inform employees if a co-worker has developed COVID-19. Employees only hear through word-of-mouth, even if a co-worker in their department has gotten the virus.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 50
