1. The employer has been pushing tables together violating the 6 ft distancing rule.2. The employer is not taking employee temperatures. They?re falsifying temperature sheets because they?ve never taken temperatures in months.
3. Multiple employees have been tested for COVID and are showing symptoms and were told to report to work or lose their jobs even though the testing sites instructed employees not to return until a negative test. The employer went to corporate and they?re telling employees to continue working through their symptoms.
4. Nobody in the kitchen is wearing a mask. Most of the staff does not wear a mask. Customers do not wear a mask. 5. The employer is cramming people shoulder to shoulder in the take-out area and not abiding by the social distancing.
