Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19.1) It was reported that all the signs regarding COVID-19 at Amazon entrance are only in English speaking when there are multiple languages spoken in the warehouse.
2) It was reported that there is no COVID-19 training in Spanish or other languages that are spoken in the warehouse.
3. It was further reported that notification for exposed employees is only in English and not communicated to employees in their primary language.
Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act, 29 CFR 1910.132, and 29 CFR 1910.134.
