One person was behind the counter preparing food sub sandwiches with out having any face covering nor shield in direct violation of Indiana Covid-19 requirements for food service practices. This was on 7-1-2020. On June 23, 2020 there were two people preparing food at this Subway . Neither of the food preparers had any kind of face covering.
