The employer has failed to invoke the liberal sick leave policy, or allow paid sick leave as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), thereby potentially exposing employees to the coronovirus.

6. The employer has failed to provide employees with the proper personal protective equipment (PPE): 1. employees are not provided the proper gloves for cleaning; and 2. disposable masks are not replaced as needed.
