1. The employer has not implement a good infection control plan including:Housekeeping practices of regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment. For example, the dispatch office does not get cleaned between employees and shifts.
Social distancing and the use of face coverings/masks is not enforced. For example, expediters are not supposed to come into the dispatch office but are supposed to call in order to maintain social distancing, but this is not enforced.
2. There is black mold on the ceiling in the dispatch office.
3. A supervisor recently sprayed paint, used for painting lines outside, inside the building, exposing employees to breathing in the paint vapors and overspray.
