I purchased Birds Eye frozen Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar in a microwaveable streamable bag from Wegmans on Latta Road in Rochester, NY. I opened the bag after cooking and it had a mushroom inside of it alongside the sweet potatoes. I am deathly allergic to mushrooms and am lucky I noticed it or this could have been a major problem. Could have been life threatening.
