I did not get a package I ordered and had paid for. ComfortGurus or CGsaid they shipped my water filters and provided a USPS tracking # from Tyler Zubio at 3148 Colima Rd, Hacienda Heights, CA. I did not ever receive my package, but the USPS comfirmed that someone in my town got a small package insured for $200 that couldn't have been my fridge filters. ComfortGurus, who shipped from China, refuses to refund my $49 stating they have "proof of delivery" so it is my problem, but are offering my a 20% credit. I am sure whoever got whatever it is they didn't order isn't worried about it because they didn't pay $49 for whatever little thing they got. This is definitely Postal Fraud on top of theft from people ordering things from fake companies.
