Hotel staff were not ensuring guests wear masks inside the hotel building. Guests would walk in from the pool or dinner outside and sit in the lobby or walk through the lobby with no masks. People were sitting in the lobby in front of 4-6 staff members, none of whom ensured the guests put their masks on.
