As of approximately 7:50 p.m. the City of Portola has nearly completed repairs to the leak, with the city anticipating repairs and the subsequent system charge to be completed by midnight. The city will be issuing a boil water notice to all residents, and plan to submit water samples to the lab for testing by 9 a.m. Friday, March 3.
