I placed an order with BALLADGUN for a queen convertible couch on May 30, Order #2305131113******, and it was paid for, and to my surprise, in US funds instead of Canadian. On July 5 I received a delivery confirmation from Track718, the courier company, saying it was successfully delivered that day. Tracking # AG8405399****. It was never delivered period. I have security cameras and would have been notified immediately through real time if they entered my property. NO DELIVERY to my address or any other home as we reviewed the footage. Track718 told me to contact Balladgun, which I did and they reported to me 4 days later it was lost in transit. They offered me a 50% credit, I said NO I want a refund in full, then they offered me 60% credit! Again I said no I want a full refund plus 20% for my trouble and inconvenience. I am waiting for them to respond!

I ordered from a "different " company.First it was delivered.Then they offer me 50% refund.I said no.Then it was 60%.Now they want a picture with my order info on.Shouldn't they have that info if they sent the order.So I'll probably get screwed out of my $29.98.....
