Safety Report: Having purchased online and never having received what I ordered, Newinyee

On 28/11/2023, I paid for 3 bottles of champagne seen on Facebook, some time later I received an email from NEWINYEE, telling me that I had made a purchase of $65.53 which corresponds to 59.99€, sum which was debited immediately from my bank account.A month later, I still did not receive anything, so I sent an email to: helpdesk@newinyee.com, having received no response, having received no response., today I sent back an email that postmaster refused on the pretext that it could not transmit my email to the said address, so I just looked on Google and this site is considered as a fraud with a confidence index of 1%, I am an old man living with a small pension and this sum is very important for me on the other hand, I am afraid that this company, NEWINYEE, having my bank details, will not use them to steal the little money I have on my account, can you help me, thank you,
