Me too. This is a scam. Company is in China. They have responded back but keep saying my item has been delivered and at post office, it's not. If you paid through Pay Pal you can contact them.
Asl Mokpsal London-Scam. Originally thought I was purchasing from Pasedena and it had a trademark sign.
For me they gave me a tracking number, but it doesn't exist. This company needs to be stopped.
